Submarine QOTW - 6 FEB 2014

Background
In recent years, submarine fleets have been introduced, upgraded and/or proliferating in nations worldwide. Imagine differences stressed in recruiting appeals by different countries. This one is lifted from Nausena Bharti  (the Indian Navy).  The appeal to enlisted submarine recruits currently includes the words "join this elite branch".  The term "Elite" also applied to U.S. submarine sailors, at least through 1970.  (ref 3-25-2010).

Questions of the Week

2. What does the text accompanying the unedited graphic say?

ANSWERS: Monday, 10 FEB 2013.
