Chechen Chumps Were Definitely Supervised

The story of how the Boston terror brothers planned and executed their bombings alone will not last.

How can we be so sure? 

The Chechen Chumps were not bright enough to have built bombs that worked the first time, and they certainly had not tested some earlier.

Both had been so convinced by a trusted mastermind* (still unidentified) that they would avoid detection that neither left Boston's metropolitan area nor even laid low in days before video identification.  The younger chump wore a baseball cap backwards without sunglasses during the act and attended a college class afterward. The older chump , Tamerlan, who had at least worn sunglasses was no leader, however.  Either he never thought to make his younger brother wear sunglasses, or his effort to do had been unsuccessful. 

But wait, there's more. Neither were they decent combat tacticians.  According to details from a Boston news source:

"Thinking fast and with sure tactical instincts, ­Pugliese drove not into the firefight, but down one of the side streets he knows like the back of his hand. He ran through yards in the dark and outflanked the bombers. ­Pugliese began firing from the side, and police believe that he hit 26-year-old ­Tamerlan ­Tsarnaev, bringing him down."

Also, let's not forget what the Chechen Chumps told the driver of the SUV they carjacked... New York City would be their next target. But a small gasoline shortage ended the suddenly wider bombing dream of these brilliant planners.

So good was the narcissistic older chump at planning that in the 4 years prior to the Boston bombing he had not thought to buy a life insurance policy for his potential widow and infant daughter. Molten Eagle surmises this only because no journalist has even mentioned the insurance angle yet. Knowing how parasitic the Chechen Chumps were about freebies, how could Tamerlan have missed an opportunity to buy his family term insurance of $1,000,000? At his then possible ages (22, 23, 24, or 25) Tamerlan's term life insurance policy would have cost chump change.

Now that Molten Eagle has mentioned a life insurance angle, perhaps the 'professional' press corps will provide details ordinary readers would have expected by now!

*Note - How could the actual mastermind have engendered such misplaced trust, you may ask?
- By selecting naieve chumps to perform the dirty deed in the first place
- By promising neither would be caught mingling among dense marathon crows gathered, and that they would again be called upon for even more spectacular bombings
- By providing some excess bombs and munitions to implement such future bombing plans
- By assurance that the best course not to attract undue supicion would be to resume their normal activities as soon as possible

Confused by Mainstream Journalists

+ KTVA -11 (Alaska) Reported, “The brothers are not students and Dzhokhar was not enrolled in medical school in the U.S.”  Makes sense to me (2nd year medical student at 19 YOA? ).

+ FOX RADIO reported that the driver of the carjacked SUV is female (why her life was spared?).

+ Deceased bomber brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, had been named after the “Sword of Islam” A.K.A. the “Scourge of God”, Tamerlane. (should be self-explanatory?) Before Usama bin Laden there was Timur the Lenk (Tamorlane): “This ruthless Muslim, calling himself “the Scourge of God,” led an army that exterminated 80,000 souls in Delhi, vanquished Afghanistan, and beheaded thousands of Christians in the process. Tamorlane died in 1405 at age 69. Pacification and appeasement were futile.”

+ If the younger bomber should die, identifying a mastermind, handler and other activists becomes more problematic for law enforcement … There has been some evidence of a bomb-capable cell in the Hartford, CT. area since 9-11. (Has it eluded the FBI this long?)

How the National Terrorism Advisory System Worked for Boston

By now most U.S. citizens know that President Obama says Boston bombings an act of terrorism.
”Any time bombs are used to target innocent civilians, it is an act of terror,” Mr. Obama said.

We tend to agree with his simplified characterization of the legally complex word TERROR.  Consider:

If in the final analysis the recent Boston bombing is terrorism, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano should be fired!  Her NTAS system NEVER worked to even mildly alert the Boston public!

Why?  Because she replaced President Bush's color-coded Homeland Security Advisory System (HSAS) with her National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) explaining:

The NTAS system will more effectively communicate information about terrorist threats by providing timely, detailed information to the public, government agencies, first responders, airports and other transportation hubs, and the private sector.

Well, did it?  Remember, the Bush administration had kept the threat level at Yellow.  The threat level was never lowered to Low (Green) or Guarded (Blue).^[26]  Lawyer Napolitano's September 2009 Task Force removed the Low and Guarded levels from the Alert System altogether, also downgrading Elevated to "Guarded" as the new alert system's baseline.  Can you honestly claim you were more effectively informed of the Boston terror threat?  More importantly, do you find the NTAS system less confusing?

Russia's published justification, while not untrue, is certainly not very revealing. Molten Eagle believes Russia's much improved financial position and ability to construct new subs has rendered the previous practice unnecessary and imprudent.  Russia's renewed submarine stealth policy is intended to mark both her; 1)  Belatedly credible intention to mount serious competition in submarine operations for the first time since the Soviet Union's collapse, and; 2)  Diminished need for city financial sponsorship of submarine construction due to reliable revenues she now receives from foreign energy and military sales.

Omar Shafik Hammami (almost 29 years young), aka Abu Mansoor Al-Amriki, is an American citizen who  has been a member and leader in the Somali Islamist militant group al-Shabaab since November 2006.

Hammami has served as a commander, propagandist, and recruiter. He was rumored to have been killed in March and July 2011, but has appeared in later videos.

In November 2012, the FBI added Hammami to its Most Wanted Terrorist  list.^[19] A federal arrest warrant was issued for him in 2007, and as of March 2013 there is a $5 million bounty for him.

 

On 17 December 2012, Al-Shabaab posted a message on Twitter publicly chastising Hammami for releasing videos in a "narcissistic pursuit of fame." The tweet asserted that the group had tried to talk with him privately but in vain. Al-Shabaab claimed a moral obligation to reveal Hammami's "obstinacy".^[19]
