The tree shown above was planted by US Navy Admirals (helped by one O-6). It was later used as it's base's Christmas Tree.
1. What kind of tree was this?
2. When and where was this tree planted?
3. How many admirals were involved in the planting and who were those admirals and the lone Captain?
4. The tree planting had something to do with a nuclear sub (shown above); the name of this sub and what the tree commemorated were what? HINT: (not USS Nautilus (SSN-574)
5. How many admirals would it have probably taken to decorate such a tree in time for Christmas?
