ANS: San Francisco, Calif

ANS: April 18, 1906

3) - What, before your eyes, is extremely rare about the mystery photo? ANS: The photograph is NOT colorized; it and others like it are actual color photographs taken 1n 1906, discovered by the Smithsonian Institution. Color photography was invented in 1861, although most snapshots, movies, magazines and book illustrations until the 1950’s were still in black and white.
