Submariners know well what it means to be qualified. Those who never read Tommy's book or heard his music might never realize how entertaining one spook actually was. Available on CD, if you are lucky.

In military argot, Tango Charlie refers to (T)arget #3. Brothers of the Phin , similarly titled to one of Cox's albums, reminded me of this #3.
