JADE HELM 15: [code for "Jurisdictional Handover" 2015]

Background

"In God we trust" first appeared on U.S. coins in 1864 and has appeared on paper currency since 1957. Secularists have objected to religious reference and want "God" removed from U.S. currency. Lately, public confidence reached a six-year low for the presidency, as well as record lows for the Supreme Court and Congress.

Which brings us to whom our federal government would rather have us trust: Washington, D.C. leadership , lead by the Commander-in-Chief (the supreme military commander). 
As we have often heard President Obama bemoan,  he views the absence of positive liberties for the government as a flaw in the Constitution that must be corrected.  Which brings us to what may be the latest federal effort to further erode state sovereignty.
