JADE HELM 15  RMT ("REALISTIC MILITARY TRAINING")
Proposes to deploy "over 1,200 service members for "REALISTIC MILITARY TRAINING"  (RMT) conducted off federally owned property to ensure proper coordination between DOD representatives and local and regional authorities in seven states.

The process includes "legal review" and "letters of invitation" obtained from local Mayors and County Commissions".

THE REALITY:  

• National Security Strategy is cited in one of the slides for the Realistic Military Training (JADE HELM 15).  The 2015 National Security Strategy never mentions the term unconventional warfare. Homeland Security is mentioned.  see summary WHITE HOUSE fact sheet or the full 2015 National Security Strategy (pdf document).
  

• Realistic Military Training obtains permissions for Recurrent Military Transgressions at federal discretion if letters of invitation received above are later interpreted as perpetual by a sitting federal judge.  Preposterous, you say?  Is gay marriage preposterous?

•  What is realistic about deploying "over 1,200" highly trained special operations servicemen to 7 U.S. states for two months?  The ANSWER In the Commander's own words ( in slide #2 states under "Purpose"):  The Commander of United States Army Special Operation Command (USASOC) seeks a written invitation and approval from local officials to conduct Realistic Military Training (RMT) within their jurisdictions for joint military exercise JADE HELM 15 (JH 15)
